2026 yılı içerisinde sıra tahsisli olarak yapılacak lojman tahsislerine ilişkin konut tahsis talep beyannamesi verme, puanlama ile başvuru ve değerlendirme süreçlerinin tamamı, Kamu Konutları Yönetmeliği hükümleri çerçevesinde dijital ortamda yürütülecektir.
Bu kapsamda, 2026 yılı lojman tahsislerinden yararlanmak isteyen mensuplarımızın, 21–30 Ocak 2026 tarihleri arasında mesai bitimine kadar, kurum e-posta adresleri ve şifreleri ile https://varsis.metu.edu.tr/ adresine giriş yaparak Sosyal Tesisler Müdürlüğü → Lojman Başvuru / Tercih / Yerleştirme menüsü altında yer alan “Konut Tahsis Talep Beyannamesi”ni eksiksiz şekilde doldurmaları gerekmektedir.
Belirtilen süre sonunda sistem başvurulara kapatılacak olup, bu tarihten sonra yapılan başvurular geçerli sayılmayacaktır.

All application and evaluation procedures, including the submission of the Housing Allocation Application Declaration and the scoring process for rank-based housing allocations to be carried out in 2026, will be conducted digitally in accordance with the provisions of the Public Housing Regulation.
In this context, members who wish to benefit from the housing allocations to be made in 2026 are required to log in to https://varsis.metu.edu.tr/ using their institutional e-mail addresses and passwords between January 21 and January 30, 2026, by the end of working hours, and complete the “Housing Allocation Application Declaration” available under Directorate of Social Facilities → Housing Application / Preference / Placement.
At the end of the specified period, the system will be closed to applications, and applications submitted thereafter will not be considered.
