2025 Administrative Staff Housing Application Declaration

Dear Members,

The housing units allocated on a queue basis to administrative staff serving in our University’s departments, which will become vacant in 2025, will be distributed in accordance with Article 4 of the METU Housing Allocation Procedures and Principles.

Administrative staff wishing to apply must complete the Housing Allocation Request Declaration found under the heading “METU Social Facilities Directorate / Housing Section” at http://stm.metu.edu.tr/tr/lojman-sefligi and deliver it in person to the Social Facilities Directorate’s METU Kent service building by the close of business on January 23, 2025.

Applications will be evaluated in accordance with Schedule No. 4 of the Public Housing Regulation. After this evaluation, a point‐based ranking list will be created, and the vacant units will be allocated according to that ranking. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered for the 2025 distribution.
